Potential Board Meeting on August 12, 2026

Although the Board voted to cancel the August Board Meeting, a special meeting may be held at 6:00 p.m. to review and accept the annual audit results.

The audit is conducted by an independent accounting firm and must be submitted to the Columbia Association (CA) in August. Before it can be forwarded to CA, the Board of Directors must formally accept the audit.

Due to the fluidity of an audit, we may have to push this special meeting to a later date.  The target date of completion is before the Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, August 12 at 6pm.  Please visit the website for updated information.
